The Club Is a non profit making organisation and Limited Company Registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 and regulated by the FCA.  The object of the club as defined by the club rules is  ‘ to carry on the business of a club by providing for the use of members the means of social intercourse, mutual helpfulness, mental and moral improvement, rational recreation and other advantages of a club’.
